Any item returned in resalable condition in span of 14 days along with the receipt and original packaging will be exchanged with pleasure. Please be aware that the product color may vary depending on your laptop screen settings and photographic lighting. Additionally, the product description on the website includes a list of all the fabric pieces or patches that are part of the item. Only items with manufacturing flaws, sizing errors, or the dispatch of the wrong items will be accepted for exchange or refund

The exchange of the same item won’t cost you any extra money, but it will fully depend on whether the item is still available. It is also possible to exchange for a different piece, however the customer will be responsible for the exchange article’s additional cost.

Your order will be verified by our corresponding staff when we get your exchange or return inquiry, and following their evaluation, you will be given the option of an exchange (depending on the availability of the article)

Cancellation of Order:

Order cancellation is possible at any moment prior to shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order after it has been shipped.

• Log n Tog has the right to cancel your order for a variety of reasons, such as low supply, denied payment, or incorrect price.
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund:

We don’t have a return policy, but our online staff will provide a coupon for the same amount if the item is unavailable or if it is received with a problem. This coupon may only be used online.
